What it is

“Breathedge 2 foreman test” is the single most searched thing about this game after its name. It is a side quest in the heated work area where the repair robots operate. The Foreman is their boss: a robot whose entire personality is shouting at its crew. You repair it in stages, and the last stage is “just the calibration left — do you know how to run a foreman test?”

How the test works

The calibration is a short multiple-choice dialogue. The prompt is literal: “Choose a statement that best fits.” The options are lines the Foreman might yell at its workers, and the right answers are the ones in its voice — the version of events where everyone else is an animal, nobody was hired to stand in line, and the crew was “hired to hold”. Pick the abusive, get-back-to-work option each time.

The clip that shows the whole thing is 76 seconds long, which is a fair measure of how short the test is. We have not transcribed the exact answer set because the wording is localised (the letters in Chuck’s sign and other text differ by language, and the quiz likely does too); if you play in English, the tone rule above is enough.

Why it matters

The Foreman’s heater is one of the heaters that melt the frozen lower area. In the Giggy review it is singled out as the one repair that breaks the fly-down-fix-fly-up loop with something creative — “the questions you have to answer to repair the foreman are just quite funny” — and the reviewer wishes the game had more of them. Where

From the heated area where the robots work, the Foreman is on the crew’s own platform. The big Leader statue is visible from the same spot, and one of the small engines for the main quest sits behind that statue — the usual reason people are “stuck at Study the Small Engines 2/3”.
