Breathedge 2 Door Code: Cab Door Number and Hacker Trophy
The cab door
Your train has a locked driver’s cab. The Hacker achievement text gives the joke away: “Any password can be cracked, especially if you already know it and carefully type it in from a piece of paper.” The password is not hidden in a puzzle — it is the train’s own number, painted on the outside front of the car. Fly around to the nose of the train and read it.
In the Early Access build the number is 0861. We are printing it because we could verify it three times: Game Guides Channel’s “Train Password Puzzle Solution” (August 30) and a September 1 stream both show the code being typed and the door opening, and a Steam forum reply on September 2 states the same number after another player explained where it is written. If a patch renumbers the train, the method still works.
One forum user brute-forced 0000 to 0500 before someone told him to look at the train. Don’t.
What is inside
The cab holds a small stash: electrical tape, alcohol, plastic and “a bunch of stuff”, plus a ruined coffee machine Sui has opinions about. Opening it also unlocks the Hacker achievement (22.0% of players on September 3).
”Locker codes” and the demo
Searches for “breathedge 2 locker codes”, “train door code” and “demo door code” mostly come from the 2025 demo, which had a code-locked train car that the developers admitted they “hid too well” — only 5,101 of 57,518 demo players cracked it. The demo is gone and the area was rebuilt, so demo codes and locker passwords do not apply to the Early Access build. A Russian forum thread from the beta era counts two storage-locker passwords in the “creepy station”; we have not confirmed those in the current build and will not print numbers we have not seen entered.
Other locked doors
Several doors show a repair icon with no way to repair them yet — the back of the train, a station room “with slime and a gamer”, the police-station tube — and a door near the start wants an upgraded Twister the workbench cannot make. Those are Early Access boundaries, not codes. See known issues.
